Consistently making mistakes on my UberEats orders. I've ordered through UberEats and Menulog several times during lockdown and each time there was a mistake with my order - however, the docket attached to the bag always has the order correctly written? I order the vegan burrito (which both apps state come with free guacamole) and never select the "remove guacamole" option - but I never actually receive guac unless I pay the $2.50 extra.
The last time I ordered I asked for a burrito without corn salsa or onion salsa, and I removed the jalapeños. When I received the order It had all of these ingredients! It made the burrito inedible. Tonight I decided to give it another go. I ordered my usual burrito with added vegan cheese.. there was no vegan cheese in my burrito at all! I think $1.30 is a little overpriced for plant-based cheese (esp when I'm not ordering meat, regular cheese, or sour cream) but I don't mind paying it if I actually receive it. I'm very disappointed.
I don't understand why every online order I make is incorrect - especially when the instructions are written out in front of them. I will give them 3 stars though as every time I have ordered in store, the staff have been friendly and I've never had an issue. I would not waste my money on another UberEats/Menulog order though.
