Compared to the Guzman y Gomez just up the street, these guys know what great customer service is. As a fussy eater, I don’t have many ingredients on my burrito, the lady who served me today was the first and only employee who has ever charged me appropriately to what I actually leave the store with. Hats off to you guys! See less

Frequent customer. Found this store to be similar to most of the zambies around Canberra in terms of quality of food. Staff are generally quite friendly and quick. I have had a few staff that have provided outstanding service. The store is quite small, but they do have an outdoor seating area right out front. In an overall good location. No stand out features in comparison to other zambies. See less

Good service here. I always skip the rice 🍚 in the burrito 🌯 because it's too many carbs with the beans and tortilla. The filling seems quite mushy with the mushy meat🍗, mushy beans and mushy guac 🥑but it still tastes awesome. I wish the meat had more bite to it and the burrito had the option of salt🧂 and pepper like Subway. I love the lime🍋 they squeeze on it, but they didn't have it today. Reliable as always. Recommend ++ for lunch on the go. See less

I am a big fan of Zambereros and one of the good things about moving to Canberra is there are Zambreros close by. I have ordered from the Gungahlin store several times now, including via Menulog. My first order was not great. But the next four have been fabulous so I am assumming it was the person who prepared my order. Delivery was prompt and food still at a good temperature. See less

Worst Zambreros that I’ve been to. Paid for double pulled pork and it was the average size. The person serving me was trying to scrape the spoon so much that the pork was falling out. Servings were small, it was terrible. See less

Paid $16 for a power burrito which looked amazing. It’s selling point is “extra filling”. Only to be told cheese avo and sour cream are extra. Huh? Cheese and sour cream aren’t extra on the cheaper burrito ($12) , so I’m paying more for... more meat. Pay more for less included option's. Othere have commented on th is non sensical logic. Makes no sense. Last time I give these clowns my money. What a scam! See less

Ordered a power and normal burrito. The power is advertised with 50% more filling. it was tiny in comparison and was lighter in weight. No sure what i paid extra for. Black bread? Gonna start you g to GYG for a proper meal. See less

Very poor service. I just ordered regular nachos and paid 13.90 bucks. I got very dissapointed as I expected a good amount of meat for its price. I only had a pinch of beef and lots of corn chips. Never order once again there is guzman y gomez just a few steps forward. See less

The service is hit and miss, and depending on who serves you so does the size of your meal. Make sure that you repeat to them if you have any allergies as I have had to get them to redo my order more than once. See less
