After reading other reviews, I was a little scared to go here, but had no choice because nowhere else was open with non-bread, pastry, pie type of food. The staff (one guy) was normal, not rude, and the veggies were all fresh; the meat and bean (proteins) portions were large. I guess I got lucky because it was 10.15am. The food tasted okay, not awesome, but not horrible. I'd try this place again if I'm in the area. See less

DO NOT EAT HERE. The most terrible place to eat. So rude absolutely disgusting staff. Horrible customer service. Made our food wrong then refused to remake it. Now are pointing and making fun of us. These staff are lazy and rude. She was second guessing what one was beef and what was pork and mixed them up and refused to remake it. Couldn’t pay me a million dollars to come back here. I usually order through menulog. I've ordered about 5 times and the food has always been bad.. Always mixing up orders or adding two pieces of meat or just really small and inconsistent compared to all other Zambreros I've tried. This time, I went in with the hope of it being better.. it was much bigger but not any better.... The beans were gross and so we're the tomatoes.... The food was tasteless See less

Hey Zambrero manger ....TRAIN your staff properly !!!.. I went there ob my strict break and one girl there was serving someone she told other little girl to serve me and that girl was on her phone ...and she said I will come in 2 minutes ..I was like ???....I am on break not to wait for u. DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE AFTER THAT ...READ THE OTHER COMMENTS ...she had no sense of how to make a burrito ... putting uneven salads and I asked her to put lime ... I saw she put quickly 3 drops only !!! I had no taste of lime ....12 dollars for that small burrito which was supposed to be regular ...AND whenever I asked for lime or anything her face reaction was so rude ...like what ..I AM PAYING YOU TO MAKE A BURRITO !! ..Either TRAIN your staff or CLOSE YOUR RESTAURANT SO THAT ANY OTHER RESTAURANT CAN OPEN IN THAT GOOD PLACE ...CLOSE IT !!! Zambreros Manuka is by far the worst Zambreros location in Canberra. I have been there three times and all times have been served a severally undersized burrito by the same server. My sister also had a burrito made by a different (and much taller) server and received a much larger and normal size burrito. We compared our burritos and I got a small when I paid for a large!! Also my burrito was under sauced and lacking flavour. TLDR: Stingy on the toppings, poorly sized burrito and NO FLAVOUR!! See less

Sorry manuka Zambreros is terrible - we were rudely told they were closing in 5 minutes when their opening hours showed they should've been open for another hour or more. Our burritos were then lazily constructed, with the server picking up the fillings with her hands and bringing them all the ways over to the tortilla grill. My burrito was tiny (smaller than a small size burrito) and my partner's was huge. I ate three quarters of the way through the burrito before even reaching any meat - all rice and tomatoes. Usually love Zambreros but extremely disappointed - please pick up your game. Would rate zero stars for our experince if we could. See less
