If I could rate 0 stars I would, I have ordered twice from this place and both times they have gotten my order wrong and was missing items over $20 worth. Do not order from this zambreros they are legit garbage!!!! See less

The staff here are absolutely terrible they don't listen and they just want you out the door the Asian guy who works here is very rude and just put fillings without asking if you go here expect bad service, the food is nice mad mex is better if the place had better staff i would be here all the time unfortunately the staff just not worth my time See less

Kinda weird how the chicken doesn't taste Mexican.. and the icecreams are a let down. It's okay if there's nothing else open.. See less

Came in with my family this week.... My Wife and I are both deaf and rely on sign language to communicate... Staff working was able to sign to us and help other staff make our food.. Really good experience. Made a big difference.... Love it 👍🏼👌🏼 See less

I fell in love with the Zambrero Nacho plates in Perth WA, they become a stable go to take away. So I was thrilled to find them here when I got back home. The first large grilled chicken Nacho I tried was a little spicy,not what I was used to getting, but still good but what I got a couple of weeks ago was disappointing for me.I am sorry to say I was unable eat the meal.The amount of hot spices,chilly presumably, was just too much for me, not at all like my old favorite chicken nachos .BUT as Zambrero had become a favorite of mine I went back to the store today and spoke to both the Manager and wonderful staff and explained how much I enjoyed Zambrero’s foods but not a hot spice fan. We had a good conversation, discussing current promotion and that my old favorite chicken will be returning in the near future Look forward to its return. In the meantime they recommended I try either the beef or lamb dish. I went for the Lamb and I have to say I just finished the most delicious takeaway meal. See less

Pretty standard zambrero fare, can't complain too much. The staff so far have all been very pleasant. One thing to note is that the burrito tortillas are occasionally kind of cold. Otherwise pretty good. See less

Saturday 24 July. Ordered through Menulog. App says delivered 630 pm. Meal has not been received. Rang Minchinbury Zambrero 4 times. Went to voicemail every time. Have not been called back NOT GOOD ENOUGH ZAMBRERO. Looks like cup a soup and toast will have to make do. See less

Terrible food, disgusting customer service & No Phone Contact. Placed my first order via Doordash, as my daughter was hungry I ordered the Triple T Deluxe Burrito, one with lamb, the other vegetarian. Received order much sooner than quoted by Doordash. Received 2 small wraps in foil no way of identifying which was the meat one and which was the vege, as I don’t eat meat, we had to dissect one of the wraps and still couldn’t see any meat. The triple T burrito is supposed to include triple cheese, triple sour cream and other triple ingredients, also supposed to be toasted and contain gaucomole but none visible. There was barely any filling, very small all was cold, no appearance of cheese, the wrap was white and cold, not toasted. I got the other wrap and unwrapped a little to find little filling, it was also cold and small, no ingredients as in their menu description. I tried calling the store, left several messages but no callback, I called the driver, asking him to get the message to the store to call me back but no call received. I constantly called the store but no answer. It was 20 minutes before closing and drove to the store with the food, by this time I was so annoyed and I could see the lady in the store was on the phone as I approached the counter. She eventually got off the phone but wasn’t interested in hearing my complaint, she wasn’t interested to hear what was wrong with the meal, I tried to explain these burritos were not triple ingredients but she wasn’t interested. I then asked for money back, I noticed she rung up on the register $26 dollars, I told her it cost me over $32, she handed me some money, I don’t believe it was the correct amount I paid, no apology, no nothing, she just wanted me out of the store. I reminded her this is a business and she should be answering the phone instead of making me come to the store during lockdown, care factor, Zero!!! I then went to faithful Maccas. My first time, definitely my last time and forget their expensive burritos, just get a wrap and throw some lettuce in, that would be a better meal than Zambrero for sure and you don’t have to tolerate bad customer service!!! First ever time at Zambrero. Terrible food. Didn’t even wanted to give 1/5. Ordered a vegetarian bowl. Totally disgusting food. Just had to throw the whole thing in the bin - waste of money. Won’t recommend it to anyone. One of the staff member had no customer service skills. Would definitely recommend Guzman instead for good Mexican food!!!! See less

This was my first time visiting a Zambrero store. I can only describe the food as Subway for Mexican food, edible and reasonably healthy but not very tasty, or overly Mexican. This store is not even officially open so I hope customers give the staff a bit of a break while they settle in. The service I received was polite. Management should consider some more tables and chairs for dine-in. See less

Barely got greeted as we walked through the doors. Staff weren't very helpful or friendly one in particular was pretty rude. Food was less than average. Feel bad for the owner the staff aren't doing the shop any favours :( won't be going back. See less
