This is the first time I have actually posted a negative review about any takeaway food. Extremely disappointed with the Golden Falafel meal ordered 2 days ago. The felafel were dry and hard. It seemed like they used frozen felafel. At a cost of $20.00 per plate I expected fresh cooked ones.could not eat them and had to be discarded. See less

I ordered the mixed meat pide at 7:40pm Thursday 06/01/22. The pide seemed like it was reheated. It was really dry and lukewarm, the slices were thin and lacked filling. The top was dry and crunching, the cheese inside was hard instead of being soft and stringy. There was one slice that looked like someone had taken a bite out of it. I haven't eaten here in 6 months because I was previously disappointed, so I thought I might give Zehni another chance but I was disappointed once again. See less

Zehnis has been a staple for me and my friends for years, everyone I know agrees that they have the best Turkish food we have ever had, friendly staff and best food and value, can't reccomend enough, they took a large order from me and my housemate tonight 20 minutes before closing and made sure we were taken care of, 100% reccomend See less

Excellent Turkish pide and snacks. If you don't plan to dine in, I would recommend making your order over the phone as the price is much more reasonable than ordering via one of the takeout apps. The downside is they don't do delivery. The service is good and the staff are fairly friendly. See less

I have ordered falafel omg!! it is sooo yummy the smell of it is reaching me before I even open the box they are 6 pieces per serving I thought it wouldn't be enough but they come quite huge pieces than I expected which is good😋the delivery was quick & as I instructed it to be left at doorstep thank u so much this won't be my last order from Zehni's 👍♥️ See less

Absolutely pathetic experience, I placed my order over phone and the lady who took the order immensely harsh and rude. When I asked the options of pizzas she got annoyed and uttered "Oh my good lord" and told me the options in one breathe. I wonder how a person like this at the place of customer service, they probably don't realise that in a small market like Canberra one bad customer service is enough to lost its customer forever. They seriously need training on customer service. Zero ratings from me no matter what their food tastes like as customer service is the first and outmost criteria to meet in the food business. Totally humiliated tonight after ordering home delivery banquets for our guests. Couldn’t even chew the chicken and lamb skewers. Our guests left the chicken and lamb on their plates and we felt very embarrassed. Don’t care what we pay as the food is good quality and edible. Phoned to say how embarrassed we were only to be told “we are sorry - the lamb and chicken must have been cooked for too long”. First and last time we patronise this place as no doubt will any of our guests. See less

Do not use this restaurant, The owner and specially the girl answering the phone absolutely rude and hopeless. order online and the option for delivery is ASAP we delivery your food in to your house and then after charging my credit card for the amount of $176.00 showing the confirmation your order should be deliver in 1 hour and 40 minutes. the owner not even trying to resolve the problem and after I ask for cancellation due to takes so long for delivery my order they advise me to get your refund money takes minimum 2 up to 4 days who knows maybe more.never recommending this restaurant and they delivery system to anyone. even 1 stars not worth it at all, zero stars is the best for them.
