I wouldn’t rate this place one star. If you could minus stars then I would be able to give a fair review of this place. The food is bland and gloopy. The taco tortillas are doughy and taste stale. Need a napkin? Forget about it! Bring your own! The staff were rude and demeaning and when trying to discuss this issue with the owner (Helen) she was equally as rude. The guy who served us was named Fin(?) and quite frankly had no concept of how to actually speak with people let alone customers. He was kind enough to lecture my party and I about the dangers of paracetamol. Quite honestly the most bizarre and unwarranted customer service experience of my life. We ordered 80 dollars worth of food to share with family during lockdown from bobby’s dres Sunbury after waiting 2 hours plus for it.Half of the order was not delivered after trying to contact them numerous times inquiring about this.The manager pick up the phone extremely rudely,his tone was extremely disrespectful and disgusting.He didn’t offer to give us money back or even send our food out.Bobby’s Dres i’m extremely disappointed. The food here is delicious! We visited yesterday and sat in the courtyard out the back, a lovely enclosed area with trees and even a place for little ones to play. Props to the server who was run off her feet as she was working alone, but still managed to be friendly and didn't rush the customers. Their house-made tortillas are amazing, and I would definitely recommend their taco bowls. We'll definitely be coming back here, and can't wait to visit the Werribee location with friends soon. Good Tex Mex in a very relaxed and leafy backyard setting. Great for late afternoon lunches on sunny days. Good little play area setup for kids too if you have them. Try the Crispy Chicken Tacos. See less

Nice venue and friendly staff. There was a great guy Nick who was super helpful with my child's dietary requirements, which are complicated. Service was pretty quick even though it was busy. We will be back. See less

Food was very average . When I was ordering I asked if I could have a plain piece of grilled chicken for the kids meal and the chips because my daughter has sensory issues and autism. The lady said that was fine but when it came out it was inside a burger bun with sauce all over it. My daughter had a mini heart attack and I had to wipe all the sauce off and make sure it was very clean for her to eat. See less

Beautiful place to enjoy launch and dinner. Specially, we can see chef's cooking for us which is cool in there. Great customer service. Even the food were exceptional. Southern fried chicken and chips was so delicious which made me visit this place again and again. Tacos was also awesome. Thanks for the exceptional service and keep up the good work. See less

Delicious handmade tortilla tacos. My favourite is the bean mix, and the steak chips are seasoned well, and fried crisply. Service was lovely, and checked up on us. Would love to come back again. See less

Dog friendly tables out front and in the courtyard area that can be accessed from Percy Street. Food was great, although there was a bit of a wait (might be due to teething issues). The staff were helpful. See less

Gonna buck the trend of poor reviews here. When my family and I had a High Tea here it was enjoyable. Yes, in places, the service, staff and venue was a tiny bit rough around the edges but not enough to mar the overall experience. The food was a joy to dine on. The little burgers in colourful buns added a little 'WOW!' to the meal (and were flavoursome too), the sweet potato and regular potato fries were cooked nicely and the coleslaw and sauces can't be complained about either. The staff were great and did their best to make our visit a pleasant one. Some may have still been learning their job but we've all been in that position, so a little understanding is important in these situations. Go and give it a try. See less
