I've dined in a few times now, food is okay and portions are big. The server with the glasses is always delightful, despite being the only staff on the floor when it's busy she served us with a smile. The only person I see working everytime I visit, even when it's full house which I thought was a bit odd. Service and price point makes me come back. See less

Came to fatmans for a quick evening meal and it was good but the service ruined my experience. The cashier was extremely rude and had an attitude. When the meals came out, she would just toss the plates on the table along with the cutlery and walked off saying nothing. She would also bang the doors shut every time and had no smile in her service and no positivity. She is Caucasian in appearance with black hair and wears glasses. Management should really do something about this. See less

Big portions, you will be full 100 percent. I only had the schnitzel though I cannot comment on the other food here. They have increased prices recently so do be aware. See less

It's okay Quality has decreased over time Food is always inconsistent Portions are good but sometimes food is flavourful and sometimes it's not Especially sauces, sometimes it's runny, sometimes it's thick Garlic sauce used to be bomb but now it's meh Steaks never come out how you want it Only thing I do like for sure is the Mac and cheese burger and Fatman cheesy fries Not sure what happened to this place but everytime I give it the benefit of the doubt, I get disappointed See less

This place is somewhat like a toxic relationship. It's close enough for me to keep coming, in hopes they get right this time round. (The steaks) In terms of the steak, expect to receive it well done every time even if you order medium rare or rare (why??). The quality of the meat is hit and miss, mostly miss. (Legit mostly) You can't go wrong with the chicken tho. Best to dine in because take away quality is totally shayt. See less

Fatmans is a place that I grew up with and is a good choice for pub style food. Their Garlic and Prawn sauce is simply the best and I always order 2 servings because it's that good! I do find their chicken not special i.e. always dry or lacking in flavour. I think over the years the quality of food went a bit lower but personally I do order for that sauce because you can't get that anywhere else! See less

Big servings of pub-tier meals at lower than pub prices. Always guaranteed a plate full of whatever you order, and fast too. Nothing fancy about the food but that's what makes this place great.
