The burgers here are really much better than McDonald's. Whether it is meatloaf or sauce, the price is very good. The staff here are very nice. It would be nice if it could be opened till midnight. See less

Service was great and staff were super friendly and welcoming, even though we came close to closing time. Had the Getta BBC, Getta Filthy and Getta Fries. Both were made nicely- the cheese was melted beautifully, the mozzarella sticks were crispy and the beef patties were not greasy at all, but both lacked a bit of bbq sauce, however the staff was very understanding and kindly gave us a little more. I had the amazing pleasure of meeting Jess and Shaq over the weekend, my first time visiting a Getta burger store, they both provided me with the help I needed to choose from your outstanding menu. Food was great, service was...... odd. We had ordered over the phone before arriving because we were in a bit of a hurry but people who ordered in store after we arrived got their food before us. We tried to pay for our drinks plus the food when we got there and when our food was finally ready we got told that we hadn't paid for the food yet (which admittedly we hadn't but we didn't see the amount due to the tap pay). So we had to take more time to go back and pay for the food. See less

Got the Getta traditional, $15.50 via Uber Eats - 130g fresh ground beef patty, cheese, tomato, lettuce, red onion, tomato relish and USA mayonnaise served on a milk bun I enjoyed the taste, and the overall mouth feel of each bite had a nice balance. The burger managed to avoid both extremes of being too dry and wet to the point of dripping with liquid. Maybe because I used a free delivery promotion (likely shared delivery partner with a nearby order), my burger took a while to get to me and was on the cool side by the time I started eating. Gave it a gentle nuking it in the microwave and eating it warmish definitely felt better. I thought the burger was a touch pricey for $15.50 and later realised that the menu items on Uber Eats seem to be all slightly different to the in-store menu, and with higher prices. The closest equivalent I could find is "The Getta Burger" which sells for $10.90 regular or $12.90 big. Not sure where this burger falls on the spectrum between 'regular' and 'big' but either way it sounds like a decent premium to have it delivered. Didn't have access to a car at the time of this meal, so delivery it was. Next time though I'll aim for dining in. See less

Lovely staff working today, walked in to them all singing along to Disney hits. It made the short wait more bearable as the shake machine decided to stop working half way through the order which isn't their fault in any way. Delicious food that definitely filled our bellies. Will be back for some more of their delicious sweet potato fries and that cookie dough shake! See less

Yum yum yum! Absolutely delicious (LOVE the in-house BBQ sauce) burgers. The beef is fresh and tender, the pulled meats are absolutely delicious. Everything is fresh and tasty. The fries are crunchy and seasoned perfectly. The staff are friendly and patient. Worth a try if you haven't already, if you have you'll be back 😀 See less

The staff here are really friendly and take pride in the food that they prepare . The food here is great with a choice between a regular sized burger and a big burger there burgers are packed full of filling and the drinks are good to I had a nutella milkshake and it was packed full of flavor the mozzarella sticks are really stretchy and tasty See less
