The most outstanding seafood I have ever eaten. 5 star service. I wish I had taken photos, was amazing!! Went for hubby's birthday with 2 kids and no one left unsatisfied. Will become a regular for us. See less

Always great food, never, ever been disappointed with the food or service but be sure to book in advance to avoid disappointment at the door as they are always very busy, hence the reason why it’s our favourite restaurant in Canberra bar none 👍😁 See less

This was our first visit to Maestral Seafood after hearing about how wonderful it is from our friend - we were not disappointed. It was our friend's 40th birthday and we were a group of 10. The service from the staff was exceptional - so friendly and warm and at the same time efficient - nothing was too much trouble for them. My partner had the steak and commented to the table that it was one of the best steaks he had ever eaten - well done, Maestral team as he is a fussy eater. I shared the platter for two and it was sublime - the oysters were fresh and the calamari was outstanding. Highly recommend this venue. PS - don't forget to try the bread with garlic and anchovies - deeeeelicious! See less

The dining experience Maestral Seafood was pleasant and warm. The seafood was extremely fresh overall and the dishes were plated beautifully. Pricier than other restaurants in the area but I think the food was worth it. The seafood risotto and Maestral oyster were our favourites. The kingfish looked plain at first but it was cooked to perfection and nicely seasoned. The only thing we could fault was the prosciutto on the scallops being overwhelmingly salty but the scallop itself was great. I will definitely come back. See less

Anniversary surprise for my wife (She’s always wanted a seafood feast) and heard about these guys from a local. She was amazed at the quality and myself not being a huge seafood eater was impressed as well. The room is definitely small but the atmosphere and staff are cheery and very welcoming. Maestral Seafood Restaurant in Weston is a family-owned and run restaurant that serves Croatian and Mediterranean cuisine. The food is always consistent and delicious and the service is always great. There are so many options on the menu and the special board always has yummy dishes! This restaurant is a family favourite of ours and I have been several times in the last 9 years. The first time I visited it was delicious and every time I've been since it's been consistently good. If you love seafood in a relaxed and casual atmosphere you will love Maestral. The venue is small so booking is recommended! See less

Favourite spot for seafood in Canberra. BBQ seafood platter is a must. Mornay and grilled lobsters are fantastic. The grilled prawns are tasty so are calamari, octopus and oysters. There are options for kids too. Small restaurant but lovely atmosphere. Family friendly. Staff friendly and helpful. BYO. Ample car park just in front. Highly recommended. See less
