One staff in particular, an asian woman, she is nasty towards non caucausians. Need to treat every customer with respect. I won't ever go back. Plenty of other sushi outlets in the mall where they treat each of their customers (regardless of their ethnicity) with reapect. Well Miki Sushi has lost 1 customer forever. See less

I complained about a staff member who acted horribly and the owner responded not interested, couldn't be bothered by it, and even annoyed that I took the time to give him honest feedback. He said competitors were collecting information about their business and appeared he didn't want to entertain anymore problems. Miki has 4 branches in Australia. I don't recommend you go to any of them as they are all owned by that same person. See less
