It’s really disappointing. It happen few times in a every month that it’s not even 4pm they I have to leave. Without buying because they always say we don’t have a chicken. Then I don’t understand why they can’t change their time from 5pm to 4pm. I drive 15 minutes to buy a meal after work. It’s really a bad experience i have to go through 1 or twice in a month. I'd strongly advise against ordering Oporto Tuggeranong through Menulog as the order has taken over 2 and a half hours to be delivered and when speaking to the manager at Oporto, you get nothing but yelling, aggressive behaviour and a complete disregard for any ownership of why an order has taken so long to complete. Terrible customer service. See less

A very bad customer service experience at this Oporto. Should be trained to handle the pressure and customer at the same time, can’t really behave the way that she did today. Food was alright though even though the wait was pretty long. Hopefully, the management team can see this and improve it. Best wishes 👍 See less

Lovely food and lovely service. One time they put the sauce I wanted on my kebab on my chips instead, and didn't put sauce on my kebab. By the time I noticed, they said it was too late to do anything. Other than that, it's 5 stars. See less
