Loved Red Rooster Albany Creek when it first opened, we actually had it every Thursday night after kids sport but hadn’t been in a while so thought it would be a good idea for dinner as we were driving past. We got a rude shock getting home and finding if you buy the WHOLE chicken don’t ask for it to be cut as you won’t get the whole chicken you pay for. Yes we got 4 pieces but in no way did it equate to a whole chicken. They obviously gave us 4 pieces of already cut up chicken. Won’t be doing that again. Very disappointed. See less

every time i go past this restaurant, i can hear the staff talking on the speaker box in the drive through. Foul language is used regularly and it's quite disturbing. I mentioned it to other businesses in the area, and they said it happens all the time and I am not the first to hear it. See less

So impressed with the friendliness of the drive-through staff yesterday (20.10.20). This was my first time ordering RR and they were so helpful and had a genuine personable manner. It just goes to prove that patience, kindness and good customer service is still possible !! Well done management and team. You stand out !! See less

friendly staff and enjoyable experience had whenever you go there. Adrian and Kim should be proud of themselves as i find their store to be the friendliest in out northside area. You can see the staff enjoy their job because of it. Well done !! See less

The food here is really good, service is nice as they are really fast to help you and get your food to you, but I've seen better. They have great choices on their menu, definitely a great alternative to KFC if you ever get sick of it. See less
